Thank you for shopping with The Sandy Edit. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at The Sandy Edit are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Item not fitting as expected
  • Color appearing differently on your screen vs. in person

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, sizing guides, and photos carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product prior to ordering, please contact us — we're happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thesandyedit.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, The Sandy Edit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.
