Refund policy
At The Sandy Edit, all products are custom made to order through our print on demand partner, Printify. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or order errors made by the customer.
When we'll make it right: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant printing error, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the item clearly showing the issue
- Your order number
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue store credit for the value of the affected item.
We do not offer cash refunds or replacements — store credit only.
Please note that slight color variations between what you see on screen and the final printed product are normal and not considered defects.
